what you resist persists
you may be familiar with this quote. it is from swiss psychologist carl jung. in this short blog post, the writer explains that, essentially, jung means that if you feel like you are “dumb” and you constantly resist being “dumb,” then a sense of feeling dumb will persist and you’ll never overcome it and you may fracture your psyche.
